The 2 days Sourdough 101 Workshop is a step-by-step hands-on session through the entire sourdough process, from sourdough starter to beautifully baked loaf.
You will learn about dough fermentation, proofing, hand finishing and baking; and you will also learn the basics of flours and how they are used in sourdough making.
Through the step-by-step journey, you will learn how to knead, how to ‘rough round’; how to feed and maintain a ‘ dough starter, which is essential in making a perfect loaf.

Theory & Practical
Understanding sourdough through theory with hands-on practical processes
Day 2: 11am-3pm
Scoring Patterns (the Boule & Batard method) & Baking Techniques
Lunch : Sourdough Pairing with plant based meals
